Returns & Refunds
We get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer refunds or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, but only if your item is damaged, broken, or never delivered. We’re here to make things right—no drama, just honesty.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Sorry, we don’t offer returns for change of mind, incorrect scent choices, or sale items.
To start a return, email us at info@norafragrances.co.za. Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions. Please note: items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted (we don’t want any mystery packages!).
We always do our best to keep you smiling. If your item arrives looking less than perfect, or something’s missing, let us know ASAP at info@norafragrances.co.za—photos help too!
