1. What are Nora Fragrances?

Nora Fragrances are oil-based perfumes inspired by iconic designer scents—crafted to give you long-lasting luxury at an affordable price. We’re not affiliated with the original designer brands; our scents are inspired by them.


2. Are your perfumes long-lasting?

Yes! Our perfumes are oil-based, which means they last longer than alcohol-based perfumes. You’ll enjoy a rich, lingering scent that stays with you for hours.


3. Do you offer testers or sample packs?

We often offer tester deals and sample kits so you can try different scents before committing. Follow us on social media or check our shop for current options.


4. How long does delivery take?

We ship via The Courier Guy, and delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Outlying or rural areas may require an extra day or two.


5. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, The Courier Guy will send you tracking updates via WhatsApp and email. If you need help tracking, feel free to contact us.


6. How much is delivery?

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free delivery—check our latest deals or combos!


7. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

We only accept returns or offer refunds within 7 days, and only if the product is damaged, broken, or not delivered. We do not accept returns for incorrect scent choices or change of mind.


8. How do I request a refund or exchange?

Email info@norafragrances.co.za with your order number, reason for the return, and photos if applicable. If approved, we’ll guide you through the process.


9. I received the wrong item or my perfume is broken. What now?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll make it right.


10. Are your perfumes authentic designer brands?

No, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any designer brands. Our perfumes are inspired by legendary designer scents, created for those who want the fragrance without the high price tag.


11. How do I store my perfumes?

Keep your perfume in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its scent and quality.


12. Can I order if I'm outside of South Africa?

At the moment, we only ship within South Africa. Stay tuned—international shipping may be added soon!


13. Do you offer gift options or bundles?
